The Architectural Review Committee (the "ARC") has the responsibility to ensure that the construction of new homes, additions to existing homes or other structures to be built on Woodland Waters lots comply with the guidelines set forth by the Homeowners Association of Woodland Waters, Inc.

Schedules and organizes work days in various areas of our community in an ongoing effort to beautify and enhance our common areas.
Debbie Rubrecht
The safety and security of Woodland Waters residents is a high priority to each of us. This committee has organized a Neighborhood Watch team to assist in ensuring that our community remains safe and secure.
Norm Hatch
This committee publishes our community newsletter and is responsible for most communications whether written or online.
Bob Eisenhauer
The Lighting Committee is responsible to contact WREC in the event that any streetlights are not functioning properly. Please use the e-mail link below to advise Bob of the nearest house address or the pole number of the malfunctioning light.
Karen Tricoli
The purpose of this committee is to screen candidates for available positions on the Board of Directors. The Nominating Committee does this by reviewing all applications submitted and interviewing the prospective candidates. They then make a recommendation to the Board of Directors.
